BP6 Hotend ModuleProduct quality description:
1. The heating block and radiator are made of high-purity aviation aluminum and manufactured by CNC machining center which is imported from Germany. The anodized surface is with matte texture.
2. High-purity stainless steel material is provided on the throat tube. The unique thick-walled design with the same diameter and the rib design makes it easier to install.
3. The nozzle is made of high-quality international brass that produced by high-precision machining. The chamfering design allows the inner wall to be smooth, and the contact surface flat. The outlet hole of the filament is in the center avoids unsmooth threading and plugging. The laser engraving specifications of each nozzle makes it more convenient to recognize. The quality can be saw from the details.
4. Custom non-threaded quick coupling makes the product looks more beautiful.
Low temperature module:can the feeding tube from internal directly to the nozzle throat (that is, the feeding tube completely through the throat), directly to the material sent to melt effectively prevent plug the nozzle, suitable for below 250 degrees material used.For example: PLA, ABS, HIPS, etc.
High temperature module:stainless steel material, no ferrofluron tube inside, only reserved the hole diameter of consumable material, suitable for over 250 degrees of high temperature consumable material.For example, Nylon, PC, etc.
Note:TheHigh Temperature modulecan also print the PLA filament, but because the tube inside are all metal, and the thermal conductivity is good, which is easy to make the heat to the whole tube, and result in the material to melt in advance, and then the clugging happens. So if you print PLA with theHigh Temperature module, you should set the temperature well. If only or usually for printing PLA, the Low temperature moduleis recommended.
About the color changed after some time use of the heating blocks:
Due to technology limited, the anodized metal surface color is only for appearance use. After the use of aluminum block, the color will change because the color dye on the metal surface will get evaporated during the high temperature heating, including the natural aluminum block, just not that obvious.(For example, a black frosted heating block will turn yellow when it is heated at a high temperature).But it will not affect the use at all. It is not a quality problem. If you mind this, please consider twice before you decide to buy it, or you can buy a frosted silver or natural color heating block, the color changes not so obvious.

These socks will keep your nozzle clean and free of burnt on blackened plastic. They dont just keep the nozzle clean, but also keep heat inside the hotend, and off the print.
Made of a heat-resistant, non-stick silicone material that will repel build-up of molten plastic. This really helps with sticky materials like Co-Polyesters and filled materials that like to build up on nozzles.
These also offer a huge boost in temperature stability, particularly if you use high airflow cooling around the nozzle to cool the print. The additional cooling combined with reduced radiation of heat from the block and nozzle to the print really boost the ability to print great overhangs and bridges, all while keeping the hotend temperature extremely stable.
