Description:This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for E3D V6 Hotend printers. It requires absolute zero modification of the printer to install. Our uniquely designed cooling block reduces the area requirements for the heat sink. By installing thin stainless steel tubes inside the cooling block, heat can be dissipated faster while providing excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the cooling block. According to our test, the effect is the same as the crazy hot end, and it can print perfectly for PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other materials. For the aluminum heat sink, it means that the hot end can be lighter, and the copper plus heat sink will have a slight increase in weight, but the heat dissipation effect is better. We recommend that two different material heat sinks can be selected for high temperature printing and low temperature printing to achieve the best Effect.
Hardened steel nozzles provide good abrasion resistance for carbon fiber printing and can be used longer. These copper nozzles are perfect for high temperature applications while working perfectly with everyday filaments like PLA, ABS and spool Works EDGE.
