1. for the first time using, when the filament of extruder 2 is out smoothly, backing more than 41mm, then put the filament into the extruder 1, filament out smoothly,then the G code can be imported to print,repeat the above steps. But the extruder 1 and 2 must be according to the actual situation (which is determined; two extruder initial position)
2,Cura sections as an example, set the switching back waiting distance not less than 41mm, and should ensure this distance is the same to the manual back distance, erase tower set no less than 55mm fand;
3,Ensure extruder 2 no action In the G code prefixin before printing, the sections of the prefix is different from the different software version, or modify the prefix code before slicing, or modify the G code prefix after the section;
4, the cooling fan can not be closed for a long time, please keep open when printing started;
5,After finishing the above steps the extruder can work normally, operational errors generally only make the filament feeding failed ,extruder wont be damaged. special circumstances can make the filament broken inside, then maintenance relatively trouble, such as: the initial position of the 2 extruders is not accurate, switching distance is less than 41mm, especially using the longer storage brittle fracture filament.
