Trianglelab Top quality Hardened Steel V6 Nozzles for peek 3D printers hotend for E3D hotend for peer for carbon fibre.
Hardened abrasion-resistant nozzles developed to last a lifetime. 3D printing with abrasives such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark PLA or even filled filaments like woodfill all take their toll on a standard nozzle. These nozzles are fully integrated into the E3D Ecosystem and will fit V6, Lite6, and Titan Aero HotEnds, and are compatible with Prusa 3D printers.

Customers who don't understand can carefully compare photos. The true high quality NOZZLE is formed by the German five-axis CNC. The interior is strictly drilled. The error is less than 0.001MM. Filaments such as carbon fiber, PEEK, PEI, nylon, etc. can be smoothly passed through in a more precise manner.

It also saves a lot of time as you won't be constantly replacing worn out nozzles. And you'll be future-proofed for upcoming materials; we think these nozzles should be able to handle just about anything our material manufacturers think of next.
02.Appearance
Because of the thermal and chemical treatment applied to the nozzle they do have a bit of a dark, sometimes uneven looking coloration and surface finish, and there can be a small amount of residue on the nozzles despite our final cleaning process. The coloration variance is normal and doesn't affect function. Any residue left on the nozzle will quickly be flushed in the first few millimetres of extrusion, especially if you flush it out with an abrasive filled material!
03.Identification
All nozzles in the series are now individually identifiable with markings on the flats of the hex head making them even more convenient to work with.
